  1. How can I shop or place order?
    Please visit our “Ordering” section at the bottom of the page.
  2. Do I need an account to order?
    You can order as “guest” but we recommend you to register an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment and you don’t have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products. Setting up an account will also give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletter and special discounts.
  3. I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
    Click “Forgotten Your Password?” link at the Sign In Page and follow the instructions.
  4. I would like to order Sold Out items. Is it possible?
    So sorry for Sold Out items we can’t produce it anymore.
  5. Does Tetuka Ship to multiple addresses?
    Yes, we can ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2 or 3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.
  6. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched/sent?
    Unfortunately you can’t. We only ship the order to the address written.
  7. Can I add an items after I check out?
    Unfortunately you can’t, you will need to place a separate order for any additional items you want.
  8. Can I get my order earlier than the estimated delivery time?
    Unfortunately you cannot because we need time to check your payment, perform quality control and track your order.
  9. How can I track my order?
    You can sign in and view your order history and status in “My Account” page.
  10. I haven’t got my order, it has been late for couple days. Where is my order?

  11. Is my personal information kept private?
    Tetuka guarantees to keep all of the informations you’ve provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties.
  12. I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

  13. Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?
    No you can’t, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable.All sale items are final.
  14. Do you have any stores?
    Yes we do.
